NB: Orders containing knitting yarn, where the postage cost is more than £3.50, will have postage charged at cost for the cheapest option available (unless otherwise requested).

To European addresses: Order value up to £35.00: Shipping costs a flat rate £5.60 per order. All orders sent airmail and 'International Signed For' - a signature is required on delivery.

Order Value £35.01 and more: Shipping is charged at cost plus an 'Airsure' fee of £4.20 per order (for orders valued at £30 and under) or £6.40 (for orders valued over £30).

For countries that don't accept Airsure we will send by 'International Signed For'. These packets require a signature on delivery.

To all other addresses incl USA, Canada etc: We use an Express Service out of the UK with electronic tracking (but with no guaranteed delivery date) called 'Airsure'. 'Airsure' costs £4.20 (for orders valued at £30 and under) or £6.40 (for orders valued over £30).

For countries not accepting Airsure we use 'International Signed For' which costs £3.50 (for orders valued at £30 and under) or £5.70 (for orders valued over £30) plus the shipping charge. Packets require a signature on delivery.

3) DESPATCH:
We will email you with an expected despatch date and confirm this when your order is shipped.

Orders are usually dispatched within 7 - 10 days but please allow 28 days for delivery. IN A HURRY? Tell us and we will hurry on your behalf.

Orders sent to UK addresses usually arrive within 2 or 3 days from posting.

Orders sent to USA & Canada usually take 7 - 14 days.  Using the "Airsure" option reduces this time by a few days.

4) MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
The only customers we want are satisfied ones. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund your money provided the purchases are sent back, as new, within 14 days of receipt. POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDED.  Refunds will be made (excluding all postage charges) when goods are received back in good condition.

However, with regard to specially commissioned, one-off items, we will always endeavour to carry out any relevant alterations in order to satisfy the customer.

5) OUR PRODUCTS:
Product descriptions and prices have been given in good faith but may be changed at any time.

6) OUR COLOURS:
Note that colours will vary slightly from dye batch to dye batch. If it is essential that items match please tell us on your order form.

7) OUR SERVICE:
We do everything we can to satisfy our customer's requirements. However, if we do get it wrong please give us the chance to put it right.

8) OVERSEAS ORDERS:
We supply many customers abroad. Airmail postage will be charged at cost. It is best to pay by credit card. If sending a cheque it must be in pounds sterling, drawn on a British bank.
